1.Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in molecular cell biology/immunology/oncology, etc.

2.Familiar with molecular cloning techniques, cell culture, stable cell line construction, Western Blot, ELISA, confocal, FACS, sequence comparison analysis, etc.; proficient in graphing software such as GraphPad, etc.

3.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and good communication skills.

4.Good English reading and writing skills, as well as the ability to search, read and summarize literature.
